No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research-use-only products, MkLabz operates a no refund policy.
Once an order has been placed and processed, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available except where required by applicable UK consumer law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been supplied, customers must contact MkLabz (info@mklabz.com) within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Order number
  • Photographic evidence
  • Details of the issue
Each case will be reviewed individually.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking product details, quantities, and suitability for their intended research application before purchasing. MkLabz is not responsible for:
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Misuse of products
  • Changes of opinion after purchase
